The SD_ERC_TEMPLATE search source is protected and cannot be deleted.
If you are no longer using a specific Discovery search source or need to remove it from the system, you can delete it. Deleting a Discovery search source removes the settings for that search source and any associated source sites.
The SD_ERC_TEMPLATE search source is protected and cannot be deleted.
Deleting a Discovery search source also removes any search source sites associated with the search source.
To delete a Discovery search source
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console. |
| 2 | Choose Search Configuration from the navigation pane. |
| 3 | Choose Discovery Search Sources. |
| 4 | Choose the Delete option next to the Discovery search source that you want to delete. |
| 5 | When prompted, choose OK to delete the Discovery search source. If you do not want to delete the search source, choose Cancel. |
